There are three reasonable explanations for a duplicate charge. First, two separate signups: trial accounts are tied to email, so two emails create two separate trials, both convertible. Second, an authorization hold that did not drop off — common with Visa where the temporary $1 hold can sit for up to seven business days before reversing. Third, an unrelated active subscription on the same card from a sister network or a previous Brazzers signup. To diagnose, request a detailed transaction log from the processor named on your statement; under most consumer-protection regimes they must provide it on request.
